At The Swank Company, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible items for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that jewelry, intimates, and sale items are final sale.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email for the purchase price of the items, minus any shipping fees.
