How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that clearance and sale items are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, The Swank Company only ships within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.

How do I know which size to choose?

Since we curate pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a general size chart on each product page and include specific fit notes (e.g., 'runs large' or 'true to size') to help you make the best choice.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
